Luxunlock Private Villas & Retreats is a luxury hospitality brand that operates 30+ private villas and boutique B&Bs in South India and Gujarat. We specialize in unlocking the most beautiful private homes with engaging stories, serving as gateways to wonderful local experiences. As a Location Host based in Cuddalore, you will be responsible for managing the properties and ensuring a delightful guest experience during their stay. Your role may involve overseeing multiple properties within the region. To excel in this position, a background in hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors would be advantageous. Proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as Tamil, is essential. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and access to a two/four-wheeler for transportation are required. Key responsibilities of a Location Host include: - Familiarizing yourself with the properties in our portfolio in the region - Building relationships with villa staff, providing oversight and guidance as necessary - Ensuring properties are well-maintained and promptly reporting any issues to the Ops team - Collaborating with Sales and Ops teams to manage guest arrivals and departures - Preparing villas for guest arrivals and restocking provisions as needed - Coordinating with the LUX team for stocking and provisioning during guest stays - Liaising with property staff to fulfill guest service requests, such as meals - Managing guest experiences by arranging restaurant bookings, coordinating in-villa experiences, and more - Conducting property audits to check for damages upon guest departure and ensuring staff and maintenance standards are met during regular visits If you are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and possess the requisite skills and qualifications, we invite you to join our team as a Location Host at Luxunlock Private Villas & Retreats in Cuddalore.,
