Location: Hyderabad (On-site preferred) Experience: 3 to 10 Years Salary: 14 LPA - 27 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Mobile Application Developer who can take up the role of a Team Lead at Localstar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining mobile applications on Android, iOS, and optionally using cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native. Youll also be mentoring a development team, managing sprints, and delivering scalable solutions for our service platform. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop native Android apps using Java/Kotlin Build native iOS apps using Swift/Xcode Manage backend functionality using PHP and MySQL Optionally build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter or React Native Lead, mentor, and review code from junior developers Handle sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend team Manage code versioning, testing, performance, and deployment best practices Stay updated with industry trends and guide team learning Required Skills: Strong development experience in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) platforms. Proficient in Android Studio and Xcode IDEs . Hands-on experience with backend development using PHP and MySQL . Working knowledge of cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter . Strong experience with RESTful API integration , Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDKs. Good understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture). Version control using Git/GitHub . Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to research, adopt, and train others on new tools or technologies as needed. Good to Have: Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store . Basic knowledge of cloud hosting (Firebase, cPanel, AWS). Experience in Agile development and sprint-based workflows. Capability to lead architecture discussions and participate in planning sessions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. 3+ years of mobile development experience with at least 1 year in a lead or mentorship role . Why Join Us?
