Full Stack Mobile Application Developer & Team Lead (Android | iOS )

Job Title:

• Design and develop native Android apps using

  Java/Kotlin

• Build native iOS apps using

  Swift/Xcode

• Manage backend functionality using

  PHP and MySQL

• Optionally build cross-platform mobile apps using

  Flutter

  or

  React Native

• Lead, mentor, and review code from junior developers
• Handle sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend team
• Manage code versioning, testing, performance, and deployment best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends and guide team learning

Required Skills:

• Strong development experience in

  Android (Java/Kotlin)

  and

  iOS (Swift)

  platforms.
• Proficient in

  Android Studio

  and

  Xcode IDEs

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  backend development

  using

  PHP and MySQL

  .
• Working knowledge of

  cross-platform frameworks

  like

  React Native

  or

  Flutter

  .
• Strong experience with

  RESTful API integration

  , Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDKs.
• Good understanding of

  mobile app architecture patterns

  (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).
• Version control using

  Git/GitHub

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to research, adopt, and train others on new tools or technologies as needed.

Good to Have:

• Experience publishing apps to the

  Google Play Store

  and

  Apple App Store

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  cloud hosting

  (Firebase, cPanel, AWS).
• Experience in Agile development and sprint-based workflows.
• Capability to lead architecture discussions and participate in planning sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of mobile development experience with at least 1 year in a

  lead or mentorship role
