Coordinate with hospital teams on events, promotions, and health-awareness campaigns. Meet with doctors and healthcare professionals to strengthen relationships and generate business opportunities. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance. Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, customer service, and safety protocols. Candidate Profiles Graduation or equivalent experience 4+Years of Team leading experiences in Retail, Hospitality, Pharma,FMCG Two-wheeler is Required Travelling is a must. Age limit 35 Max Travelling is Compulsory for all assigned Stores across territory Psychometrics/ Behavioral Traits: - Demonstrates high energy.
