Job Description

As a workforce planning management professional, your key expected achievements include analyzing the health of the Metier on a tactical horizon by ensuring the right size, competencies, location, cost, and shape. You will diagnose, conduct risk analysis, follow indicators, and regularly update this information to share with the Metier network, business, and PDPs. Additionally, you will design, implement, and monitor action plans on both tactical and operational horizons, such as recruiting, attractivity, pipelines for critical jobs/positions/competencies, L&D offer evolution, upskilling, and reskilling. It is crucial to measure the performance improvement expected by the business and contribute to SWP projects within your geographical and Metier perimeter in collaboration with the Group Competency manager. In terms of Metier support, your responsibilities involve proposing learning and development solutions to entities, sites, and teams to enhance performance by strengthening competencies. You may evaluate or have an expert evaluate the level of professional competence, ensure that Metier documentation is well-known, provide guidance on its use, and assist in designing position descriptions or professional paths for PDPs or Managers. Furthermore, presenting the Metier to individuals can help them build their professional projects, and proposing tailor-made L&D actions tailored to specific needs is essential. Regarding L&D offer adaptation, it is crucial to ensure that the effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact of the L&D offer meet the needs of the organization. This includes aligning the L&D offer with the Group environment, local needs, and laws, leveraging synergies across sites, entities, and Metiers, drafting specifications to meet new needs, and managing make or buy decisions, modalities, realization, and availability. It is necessary to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the L&D offer, create and animate learning communities, and explore innovative competency development solutions to enhance business impact. Finally, you will be responsible for capturing and sharing Metier and L&D best practices within the Group and local networks, facilitated by Group Competency Managers and Country/Region L&D Managers, respectively. This will contribute to continuous learning and improvement within the organization's workforce planning and development strategies.,
