Position: Telecaller – Loan Sales

Industry: Banking & Financial Services

Products: Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Mortgage Loan (LAP), Auto Loan, Credit Cards, OD/CC, Education Loan, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable loan products.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful applications.
• Maintain follow-up with customers until loan login & disbursement.
• Update CRM/lead sheet with call status and customer details.
• Coordinate with sales team, credit team, and backend staff for smooth processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, Telugu preferred).
• Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Graduation.
• Experience in loan sales/telecalling preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
