As a Finance Operations Associate in our Finance team, you will be responsible for implementing production tools, managing processing activities, and performing adjustments, reconciliations, and data validations to ensure the financial integrity of the firm. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and reporting teams. - Assist in assessing issues and outcomes, communicate financial information to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed. - Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data, perform variance analytics, and participate in the production, review, and filing of regulatory reports. - Adhere to control procedures to ensure accurate reconciliation between regulatory filings and submit accurate data to regulators. - Interpret regulatory requirements, establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in data quality review and reporting improvement projects. - Partner with cross-functional teams for process implementation, work in an Agile environment, and support operations through strategic deliverables onboarding. - Manage stakeholder relations, present to various levels of stakeholders, and develop operational solutions. Qualifications Required: - CA or MBA in Accounting or Finance. - Minimum 4 years of experience in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, or regulatory reporting. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities, Microsoft Office proficiency, and project management exposure. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to present information concisely at varying levels of detail. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure. The company values individuals who can develop, clearly present, and draw conclusions, although this role does not involve people management. Experience in Product Control, Financial Control, or knowledge of Regulatory Reporting is a plus.,
