Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Overdraft (OD) facilities. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and interest rates to customers. Follow up with customers for documentation and application completion. Login loan files in the system/portal and ensure accurate data entry. Coordinate with the credit team for file processing, verification, and approval. Maintain relationships with customers for future cross-selling. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, file logins, and conversions. Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
