Job Title: Sales Officer (Home Loans) Job Purpose:
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience into Home loan
Tomeetsales targets by identifying new customers and building strong relationships within the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: · AreaMapping:- Regularly map the assigned area lane-by-lane to find new customers.- Share updates with the manager. · SourceManagement:- Build and manage relationships with leads and sources in the area. · Reporting:- Maintain daily activity and sales reports in the given format. ·
ChannelPartnerRecruitment:- Identify and onboard new channel partners (BSAs) as per company guidelines. · TeamMeetings:- Attend daily team huddles and share relevant updates.
CustomerRelationship:- Guide customers on products, collect documentation, and provide after-sales support.
