Job Title: Loan Officer (Unsecured Loans)

Job Description:

The Loan Officer will be responsible for loan disbursement, customer relationship management, and collection monitoring (Note: This is not a microfinance role). The role involves both field and office work and requires a performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle loan disbursement, documentation, and collection activities.
• Conduct field visits for customer identification, verification, and follow-up.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with branch and accounts departments for timely processing and recovery.
• Prepare and submit daily and periodic performance reports.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Plus Two
• Experience: Freshers can apply. Candidates with prior field experience will receive a salary hike.
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel for field work.
• Candidates must be based in Thiruvananthapuram District (local candidates preferred).
• Driving licence is Mandatory.
• Age Limit: 23 to 45 years.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
