Job Title: Loan KYC Verifier

Department: Operations / Risk & Compliance

Reports To: KYC/Compliance Manager or Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify KYC documents submitted by loan applicants.
• Validate the authenticity of documents such as ID proof, address proof, income proof, and other relevant documents.
• Cross-check applicant details with regulatory watchlists, internal blacklists, and third-party databases (e.g., CIBIL, UIDAI, PAN verification tools).
• Ensure all KYC documentation complies with RBI and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and update the internal database with verification status.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and compliance teams for resolving KYC-related queries or discrepancies.
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and quality metrics as per organizational SLAs.
• Keep up to date with changes in KYC regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in KYC verification, preferably in a banking/NBFC/fintech environment.
• Sound knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and documentation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in AML/KYC compliance (a plus).
• Prior experience in a loan processing or credit underwriting environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
