As a Loan and Documentation Executive in real estate, your role will focus on managing loan-related processes and documentation for property transactions. You will ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements, coordinate with clients and lenders, and facilitate smooth transaction closures, including possession and inspections. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle loan applications, liaise with banks or financial institutions, and ensure timely approvals. - Prepare, review, and organize critical documents like sale agreements, title deeds, and loan contracts. - Communicate with clients to explain loan terms, documentation requirements, and transaction updates. - Assist in coordinating property handovers, ensuring all financial and legal formalities are complete. - Facilitate property inspections by coordinating with inspectors and ensuring compliance with regulations. **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of real estate loan processes and documentation standards. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM software, or loan management systems. - Good communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions. - Relevant experience in real estate (preferred).
