Loading/Unloading Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervision & Coordination:

• Handing loading /unloading of Import material.
• Knoweldge of Port Operations.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely and accurate operations.
• Assign tasks to laborers and ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams.
• Handover the documents to driver or transporter.
• Responsible for counting of bags and in case of liquid cargo, proper weightage should be done in person.

· Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading/unloading operations.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce proper use of protective equipment.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

· Quality Control & Damage Prevention:

• Inspect goods before and after loading/unloading for damages.
• Ensure proper stacking and handling to prevent breakage or spoilage.
• Report any damaged or missing items to the appropriate department.

· Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, loading/unloading times, and discrepancies.
• Prepare daily reports on operations and submit them to management.
• Ensure proper documentation of received and dispatched goods.
• Coordinate maintenance and report any operational issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; or graduation.
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
