Position Overview

We are looking for a Loading & Unloading Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily material movement activities in our facility. The role involves supervising operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day loading and unloading of goods and raw materials

• Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams for timely dispatch and receipt

• Direct and guide labor staff to ensure smooth and safe handling of materials

• Maintain documentation and verify incoming/outgoing quantities

• Enforce compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (or equivalent experience)

• Basic knowledge of warehouse/inventory management preferred

• Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to monitor and guide a team effectively
