Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Education, IT, Business or related field

Profile required:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with a Learning Management System: online training, course development, or LMS administration
  • Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
  • Proficient in data analytics and generating meaningful reports.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience in content authoring software.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

System 1: - Learning Management System: (75% of role)

Oversee our LMS (Access Learning), from content upload, testing, learner registration, and training communications and reporting.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Design, launch, and monitor compliance training courses within the LMS.
  • Administer, track, and report on system registrations, training completions, and certifications.
  • Communicate training progress and impact metrics to HR, leadership teams, departments.
  • Build strong partnerships across departments to champion use of LMS
  • Research, escalate, and resolve LMS functionality issues, and drive system improvements (supported by HR team)
  • Uploading SCORM/AICC/xAPI content, and maintain all courses, content, users, and data within the LMS.
  • Provide end-to-end technical support for LMS users, ensuring optimal platform functionality.

System 2: Compliance Hub: (25% of role)

To maintain the compliance hub system (also known as EKKO) and ensure it is running properly and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. To onboard new departments to the compliance hub and act as project manager for this process.

  • Keeping the user list up to date, by manually adding and removing users and ensuring that regions and clusters are up to date on the system.
  • Being the point of contact for any issues raised by users with Compliance hub. All tickets will be raised via the IT Helpdesk and passed to the candidate to fix or escalate to the developer.
  • Raise tickets that cannot be fixed, to the developer via their support portal and follow these through to completion.
  • Communicate any issues that cannot be quickly fixed to the correct audience.
  • As part of on-boarding of new departments to use the system, complete a scoping document to understand what content that they want on the system.
  • Project manage the set up of new content to the system and ensure testing before allowing this into live environment.
  • Be the focal point for further development of the system requests from senior management or department heads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
