Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and train

  LLM-powered features

  within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and convert them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Build and optimize

  scripts

  using JavaScript, GlideScript, and business rules.
• Manage

  JSON structures

  , data transformations, and integrations with LLM models.
• Work with

  ServiceNow modules

  such as ITSM, CSM, and HRSD to enable intelligent automation.
• Perform testing, evaluation, and improvement of LLM outputs and prompt templates.
• Provide documentation, training, and best practices for LLM usage across teams.

Required Skills
