Role Description

The consultant will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.

Tasks include conducting research, developing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-based solutions.

The role also entails hands-on coding, testing, and deploying models in real-world applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI technologies, including Supervised Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience in large language model (LLM) fine-tuning and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong research and analytical skills to develop and optimize AI models
• Experience in healthcare RCM is an advantage
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
