• Project based Automation company with Machine/ material handling, power train, SPM Machine manufacturing, EV battery assembly lines, Vehicle operations.

Education Qualification

Experience: 5+ Years

Skill Required

1) Proficient in working with various machine views, layouts, assembly & part manufacturing / process drawings, tooling drawings etc.

2) Proficient in working out concepts for lean robotic cells based on the production requirements.

3) Possess deft in cycle time working, payload calculation.

4) Be familiar with various processes in Automobile Assembly Lines like Conveyors, Robots, AGVs, Press, Tightening, Leak Testing, Vision, Gaging, Laser Welding, Pallets / Fixture / Tooling Designing.

5) Possess expertise in MS Excel, Power Point to prepare technical write up, presentations, cost estimations.

6) Be able to work on auto cad (intermediate level), solid edge (basic level), ERP systems.

7) Should have awareness of control systems like Pneumatics, PLC, CNC, VFDs, HMI, Traceability like 2D code readers, RFID, vision cameras etc.

8) Be capable to read various RFQs and work out key points / grey areas.

9) Be able to commoditise / prepare Bill of Material in a tabular form.
