Listening Officer

Position: Listening Officer
Department: Tender & Client Communication
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen carefully to calls and queries received from government departments.
• Understand tender requirements, documents, eligibility, and clarifications, and communicate them to the internal team accurately.
• Handle calls/emails from government officials professionally and politely.
• Follow up on tender documents, required clarifications, and updates from departments.
• Maintain proper communication records, call logs, and daily follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the tender team for documentation, submission deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Share feedback and instructions from government officials with the concerned team clearly.
• Escalate urgent or important communications immediately to senior members.

Required Skills:

• Excellent listening and communication skills (English/Hindi).
• Basic understanding of government tender process (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email drafting.
• Professional, polite, and patient communication style.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines.
• Good coordination and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
