Currently, we are seeking a CAD DRAFTER to assist with engineering projects, utilizing AutoCAD skills and the ability to draft in Isometric planes. Your main responsibilities will include executing drafting work in AutoCAD to ensure high quality standards and efficiency metrics are met. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain positive relationships with team members, manage your workload effectively, and contribute to drawing maintenance tasks such as updates, revisions, and development of as-built record documents. In this role, you will be accountable for demonstrating productivity by maintaining quality and efficiency on project tasks as defined by internal reporting metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be expected to contribute to the team through effective communication and work ethic, fostering positive relationships with team members and company personnel. Your performance will be measured based on targets including task efficiency, task quality, rework utilization, and core skills competency. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience using AutoCAD 2009 or newer on a daily basis, an Associate Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design, and the ability to draft in Isometric planes while visualizing mechanical piping. Experience with LISP routines, template files, block attributes, and Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Outlook is also required. Your knowledge of AutoCAD will be crucial for this role, and you will not have any direct reports reporting to you.,
