Business Development Executive cum Sales Telecaller Job Summary: The Business Development Executive cum Sales Telecaller is responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services, and closing sales through proactive telecalling, follow-ups, and client relationship management. The role combines business development strategies with sales targets to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation : Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals to generate new business opportunities. Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems regularly. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Follow up with leads and clients to nurture long-term engagement. Suggest improvements to sales scripts, strategies, or processes based on client interactions. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to tailor pitches effectively. Identify new market segments or opportunities for business expansion. Skills and Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Experience : 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English and regional languages is a plus). Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
