Job Description

Your Role

Configure and manage Akamai CDN solutions, including application and web transaction monitoring, alert definitions, and customized reporting.

Develop, install, and customize tooling systems (Akamai, CDN, HashiCorp Terraform) to meet organizational and client requirements.

Collaborate with IT teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for monitoring and automation.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Akamai and related tooling systems, including auto-ticketing integration and template management.

Maintain documentation and drive process improvements, identifying automation opportunities and staying updated on industry trends.

Your Profile

5-9 years of experience in Akamai CDN administration at L2/L3 level, with strong expertise in application monitoring and alert management.

Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Terraform for infrastructure automation and tooling customization.

Proficient in scripting, template creation, and integration (auto-ticketing, custom views, and monitoring templates).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Akamai, CDN, and related tooling systems.

Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional IT teams.
