Job Description

Primarily responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the DO EDMS Servers
Support case/s logged for the DO/DR, to coordinate with CMS, L1/L2, SDM, PM, HPE Partner team & to ensure resolved within 24hrs / 48hrs Turnaround Time (TAT).
Responsible for the batch DVD uploading activities same day of receipt from the Scanning partner.
Follow escalation process - DR Admin / DO Coordinator / PM.
System Monitoring Server/Storage/Tape Library Health check. Verifying Network, VM, Resource Utilization, Space utilization, Services and clusters on Servers.
Monitor Synchronization Record Count. Get it resolved in case of any errors and synch count increased.
Monitor various dashboards on Tech Portal, discuss with DR Admin if anything abnormal noticed/ log a ticket if unable to provide solution locally.

Certification : Red Hat Certified
