Role Overview

We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns aimed at generating quality leads, improving connection acceptance rate, and maintaining a strong professional presence for the company.
The ideal candidate should have excellent LinkedIn skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of content and outreach on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation.
• Write personalized, engaging LinkedIn messages for prospects.
• Manage and optimize the company’s LinkedIn profile & page activities.
• Conduct prospect research and data mining using LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
• Track and improve acceptance rates, response rates, and overall outreach performance.
• Maintain updated databases of prospects and outreach records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
• Understand client industries (tech, automobile, finance, etc.) to tailor communication.

Tools Required

• LinkedIn (strong proficiency)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator (good to have)
• Apollo / Crunchbase / similar tools (for data mining)
• Email finders (Hunter, Snov, etc.)
