As an Organic Content Strategist at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading content creation for our Founder and the ThinkWhy brand. Your responsibilities will revolve around content strategy, Canva design, and utilizing AI-led systems to enhance our brand's presence. Located in Ahmedabad, specifically SG Highway, we are seeking individuals who are residents of Ahmedabad. Your main tasks will include managing the Founder's content calendar and social media profiles, developing monthly content plans for ThinkWhy, creating brand-aligned content through Canva, and establishing and overseeing content systems utilizing AI workflows. It will be essential for you to define content pillars, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, as well as analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and iterate based on insights and intuition. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-2 years of experience in content strategy or creation, preferably in the D2C/e-commerce/branding space. Strong Canva skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, familiarity with content operations and system building, a proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to make decisions based on data while possessing storytelling instincts are key attributes that we are looking for in potential candidates.
