Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Lingerie Designer based in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibilities will include designing innovative and aesthetically pleasing lingerie collections, selecting suitable fabrics, creating detailed design specifications, sketching designs, developing prototypes, collaborating with the production team, and staying updated on fashion trends. Additionally, you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to align designs with market trends and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: - Designing innovative and aesthetically pleasing lingerie collections - Selecting suitable fabrics for designs - Creating detailed design specifications - Sketching designs and developing prototypes - Collaborating with the production team - Staying updated on fashion trends - Working closely with marketing and sales teams to align designs with market trends and brand identity Qualification Required: - Design and creativity skills in fashion design, with a focus on lingerie and intimate apparel - Technical skills in sketching, pattern making, and garment construction - Experience with fabric selection and knowledge of textile properties - Strong knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, and seasonal design elements - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team-oriented environment - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative setting - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience - Prior experience in lingerie or intimate apparel design is preferred Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Lingerie Designer based in Ahmedabad.
