• Job Position : Line Supervisor - Woven

Education Qualification Minimum HSC or Diploma in Textile/Garment Technology (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience : 1 To 3 Years.

Roles and Responsibility:
1. Supervise and monitor all sewing operators and helpers on the production line.

2. Allocate tasks to operators based on skill and production requirements.

3. Ensure that daily production targets are met or exceeded.

4. Coordinate with the production planner to understand daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

5. Ensure that all garments meet quality standards before moving to the next process.

6. Coordinate with in-line QC to minimize defects and rework.

7. Guide operators on quality requirements and improvements.

8. Train and motivate operators for higher productivity and better quality.

9. Monitor operator performance and work on improving line efficiency.

10. Conduct daily line meetings to set goals and resolve issues.

11. Track attendance and manage leave or absenteeism records for the team.

*Must have to be in Woven Experience*
