Job Description

Measure dimensions of components and tools using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and Vision Measurement System (VMS) to ensure they meet specifications.
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately.
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
Maintain traceability of materials, components, and finished products through detailed documentation.
Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and tools. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Strong understanding of inspection techniques, precision measuring instruments, quality standards, quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to documentation.
High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of quality documentation.
Utilize and maintain software tools for document management, such as Pi-Web, Hi-QA, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, or dedicated document control software.
Maintain traceability of materials, components, and finished products through detailed documentation
Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
Detect and document any defects or non-conformities, initiating corrective actions promptly.
