We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our fleet sales efforts, targeting enterprise customers across logistics, delivery, distribution, and warehousing sectors. The ideal candidate will focus on building long-term business relationships and offering electric mobility solutions aligned with the operational and sustainability goals of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients with large-scale mobility needs. Business Development & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with procurement teams, operations managers, and decision-makers to drive recurring business. Solution Selling: Present EV fleet options tailored to client requirements, including leasing and direct purchase models. Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle pricing discussions, prepare proposals, and close deals in alignment with business goals. Proposal & Documentation: Create and manage business proposals, agreements, and sales documentation with internal support teams. Market Intelligence: Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to shape sales strategies and product positioning. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with service, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience.
