Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lighting Artist to join our team at BOT VFX, with 1-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with the design team to create visually stunning lighting designs for various projects.
Develop and implement lighting strategies to enhance the overall visual quality of the game.
Work closely with the art direction team to ensure consistency in lighting across all environments.
Create high-quality lighting assets, including textures, models, and shaders.
Optimize lighting performance for better real-time visibility and immersion.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in lighting art.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of lighting principles, materials, and techniques.
Proficiency in lighting software such as Blender, Unreal Engine, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Strong attention to detail and ability to iterate on feedback.
Familiarity with VFX industry standards and best practices.
