As an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience, you will be employed full-time in Ahmedabad. Your primary duties, roles, and responsibilities include: At Organization Level: - Ensuring timely project delivery with minimal errors by thoroughly checking your work before submission - Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams - Actively engaging in continuous learning and knowledge sharing - Obtaining Liferay certification - Writing blogs related to the domain - Participating actively in Friday sessions - Adhering to all company policies - Providing suggestions and references for continuous improvement At Department Level: - Conducting research, designing, and implementing solutions for complex problems through troubleshooting and enhancements - Contributing to product/web design and planning activities - Demonstrating proficiency in web development across various project types - Converting design requirements into successful implementations - Documenting external designs - Ensuring projects meet high quality standards and best practices At Designation Level: - Demonstrating self-motivation in all tasks - Acting as a bridge between senior and junior team members - Providing guidance to peers as needed - Maintaining flexible availability based on client/work demands Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Portal Development with Liferay (Liferay 6.1, Liferay 6.2, and DXP) - Strong command of JAVA programming language - Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Struts, and Hibernate - Familiarity with build tools like MAVEN, Gradle, or ANT - Expertise in databases including MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle with good knowledge of queries and stored procedures - Understanding of REST & SOAP protocols Added Advantage: - Knowledge of Management Portals, Insurance Domain Portals, and Intranet Portals - Experience in healthcare or E-commerce domains is a plus Your dedication to delivering high-quality work, effective communication, continuous learning, and technical proficiency will be key to success in this role.,
