Job Description: As a Medical Coder at our company, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical records and ensuring the data interpretation is correct. Your role will involve interacting with trainers and team members, staying updated with coding updates and best practices, and maintaining high accuracy in all coding activities. A background in Science and formal education in Life Sciences, preferably with a Bachelors or Master's degree, is required for this position. Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, research skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new coding methodologies are essential qualities for success in this role. Previous experience in medical coding would be beneficial, but it is not mandatory.
