Staff behaviour is very good..but they didn't tell what is required documentation in first place.You have run from back n forth to get your work done.Even I had called them twice confirm the required documents but still you can not argue with them.

Most of the employees have laid back attitude..very slow process for cash parent , enquiry form or other process..it's typical govt employee attitude.

It was worst behaviour from staff. I personally believe government taking right decision to make all the Babu's under private umbrella.
No sense of urgency. No commitment towards customer.

Visitors chairs not comfoortable. Enquiry counter is not close to main entraice Agents two counter & customer counter is only one Sinior citizens no any special treatment

Recently LIC branch of ram maruti road shifted to near khopat st bus depot, SMC square building... More specious neat and clean very supportive staff.
