Staff is well trained and process . Maturity claim process faster. Well arrange services for customer seating area, drinking water.

It was worst experience. My PAN no was already updated in policy records. However it was not displayed to cashier. Hence he refused to accept the payment. Resultantly I lost my valuable three hours. Madam Prabha helped me to pay installment. But my valuable three hours are spoiled due non-cooperation of staff.

For an office of a govt. organisation, its much better than its peers. Work does get done. At least few of its staff is responsive and co-operative; though you may still find some typical 'sarkari' attitude amongst the lower grade employees.

Our claim is matured and we submitted all documents for settlement, but the staff is very lazy and non supportive. We had to cry to get our own money back and they care a damn. With great difficulty we got the money.
