Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Life Health Insurance Agent based in Bhilai, allowing for both office-based work and some remote work flexibility. The agent will be responsible for understanding client needs, consulting on suitable health insurance policies, assisting with claims and policy renewals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include educating potential policyholders about health insurance offerings and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and Health Insurance
• Strong skills in client interaction and communication with the ability to explain complex terms in a simple manner
• Familiarity with Medicare plans and their benefits
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service within the insurance domain is preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and effectively collaborate with both clients and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields is advantageous
