The Health Services Dining Server is an extension of the mission, vision and core values of LEC. They must have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of departmental standards and be able to verbalize methods of enhancing levels of resident and associate satisfaction, so that exceptional everyday experiences can be delivered. He/She is responsible for serving food and drinks to residents and their guests in the dining room in a professional and timely manner.
