Life Cycle Engineer

Role Overview: As a Life Cycle Engineer based in Kolkata, your primary responsibility will be to handle and nurture relationships with existing dealers to ensure business growth and continuity. You will also be tasked with conducting regular and extensive customer visits to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will support the team in conducting trials aimed at converting potential customers and floating customers into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with existing dealers to ensure business growth and continuity. - Conduct regular customer visits to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. - Support the team in conducting trials to convert potential customers into loyal customers. - Experience in managing dealer networks, including both domestic and export markets. - Proficient in selling spares, with a strong grasp of product specifications and customer needs. - Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective communication and relationship-building. - Strong negotiation skills. Qualifications Required: - BE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or any other relevant Engineering stream. - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience preferred.,
