Licensing & Tenders Executive – Fire Safety

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensing & Tenders Executive who can independently handle municipal fire NOC documentation, attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings, and coordinate with government authorities. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, follow-ups, and documentation related to fire safety approvals and tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Fire NOC applications (Provisional / Final / Renewal) with municipal fire departments.
• Handle documentation and follow-up with Municipal Corporations / CFO / Fire Authorities.
• Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings and coordinate tender-related compliance.
• Prepare and manage tender documents related to licensing, eligibility, and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate fire inspections and accompany fire officers during site visits.
• Follow up with authorities for approvals, clarifications, and status updates.
• Maintain records of licenses, approvals, renewals, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients for required documents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Fire Safety, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in fire licensing, municipal approvals, or tender documentation.
• Working knowledge of Municipal Fire NOC procedures.
• Familiarity with government tender portals (GeM / e-tender preferred).
• Good communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and authority meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with Municipal Corporations, CFO, CIDCO, MIDC, etc.
• Basic understanding of fire fighting & fire alarm systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,691.10 - ₹20,049.73 per month
