Librarian Head

Key responsibilities

• Information access and research assistance: Helping patrons find and use library resources, conducting research, and providing instruction on information literacy.
• Collection management: Acquiring, cataloging, organizing, and maintaining library materials in both physical and digital formats.
• Programming and community engagement: Planning and hosting events, workshops, and activities for different age groups to promote literacy and lifelong learning.
• Technology management: Overseeing library databases and digital platforms, and helping users access and navigate online resources and new technologies.
• Administrative duties: Managing library staff, budgets, and projects; developing policies; and handling tasks like interlibrary loans and vendor relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
