Level Designer

We are currently seeking a talented Level Designer to join our team. As a Level Designer at SuperGaming, your primary responsibility will be to create immersive and well-balanced 3D levels specifically designed for shooter gameplay. You will work closely with artists and game designers to ensure that the visual and gameplay aspects of the levels complement each other seamlessly. Additionally, you will actively participate in playtests and incorporate feedback to enhance the flow, layout, and overall player experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design captivating 3D levels that are tailored for shooter gameplay, focusing on creating engaging and immersive layouts. - Collaborate with artists to develop visually stunning and cohesive environments that enhance the overall gaming experience. - Coordinate with game designers to align the level design with the core gameplay systems and mechanics. - Iterate and refine levels based on player feedback and playtest results to optimize player engagement. - Assume a producer role when necessary to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Experience & Skills Required: - A Bachelor's degree in Game Design or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in level design. - A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and proficiency in 3D level design. - Proficiency in using Unity, ProBuilder, modular kits, and other 3D modeling tools. - Sound knowledge of map production workflows and build processes. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of shooter games.
