About The Role

Requirements

• Experience in SolarWinds and other Network monitoring tools such as Aryaka SDWAN / ISP Circuit Management, Routers, Switches and Firewalls such as Palo Alto Networks PA Series and Panorama.
• In-depth knowledge of Load Balancers such as F5 BIG-IP and Wireless Access Points- Aruba Instant.
• Understanding of Network Monitoring Tools such as SolarWinds and FortiNAC Network Access.
• Familiarity with VPN Solutions and Bandwidth Management.
• Proficient in leading and troubleshooting complex network architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
• Experience with advanced network monitoring tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Experience in working with 3rd party vendors.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Expertise in 24x7 monitoring, problem resolution, and optimization of LAN, WAN, and Unified Communications.
• Act as a single point of contact for the management and administration of the Network Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with the client and 3rd parties to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Relevant certifications in network technologies for example Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba will be preferred.
