About the Role

Project Engineer - Electricals

Additionally he should have complete knowledge on how to apply for new electrical connections or load enhancements as the case may be. Connects with electrical board / knowledge onn required paperwork/ liaison etc. will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the right electrical load availability for all
new store openings
and existing (vintage) stores.
Evaluate
power feasibility
and load requirements during store onboarding and fit-outs
Liaison with
landlords, BD teams, and local electricity departments
to ensure timely approvals and power connections in place before store openings.
Drive
energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives
across stores.
Maintain strong
relationships with utility departments and vendors
for quick issue resolution.
Continuously
track and improve
electricity-related workflows for speed and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
5+ years of relevant experience in retail, infrastructure, or facility operations
Strong understanding of power distribution, metering, and local utility norms
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills Connection / knowledge about the functioning of local
electricity boards and contractors
Analytical mindset with a focus on
efficiency and cost optimization
