Lending Operations Associate

The Operations Executive position is now open for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of operational processes while engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders, including lenders. Your key responsibilities will include executing quality-based operational tasks within defined parameters, identifying and rectifying errors in operational workflows, collaborating with internal teams, communicating with external stakeholders, drafting and managing professional email communications, maintaining and updating data efficiently using Excel, as well as ensuring smooth coordination with lenders for disbursal and related processes. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or disbursal role, proficiency in MS Excel, strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, good written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently, and a graduate degree in any discipline. This is a full-time, permanent position located in HSR Layout, Sector 7, Bangalore, requiring the candidate to work 6 days a week in person.
