Web: https://legodesk.com Role: Legal Executive The Legal Executive plays a vital supporting role in the overall management of the law firm's monitoring or recovery-related matters. This includes legal audits, ensuring the enforceability of documents, recovery initiatives, and follow-ups with business partners, as well as reviewing securities and the legality of documents. Responsibilities: Draft written statements, miscellaneous applications, replies, and police complaints. Review, draft, and vet contracts and agreements for clients. Draft replies to notices received from advocates, law enforcement agencies, statutory/regulatory bodies, etc. Retrieve the required details and data for drafting written statements, miscellaneous applications, notices, notice replies, and police complaints. Assist clients in Arbitration, Lok Adalats, conciliation, and other matters. Onboard Lawyers in different cities to engage them based on the Client's requirements. Maintain the MIS (Management Information System) of all litigation against the company, senior management, and officers. Follow up on a case-by-case basis with advocates/legal officers. Ensure the timely processing of advocate/vendor bills. Manage legal operations like Case filings, dispatch of Legal notices. Location Mumbai / Delhi - NCR About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive business growth in the fintech and BFSI ecosystem, focusing on technology-driven collections, recovery, and legal solutions . The role requires consultative sales expertise to engage with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) , and portfolio service providers , supporting them in adopting scalable platforms for debt resolution, compliance efficiency, and legal management. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and pitch fintech-driven collection and legal solutions to BFSI clients including banks, NBFCs, microfinance institutions, fintech lenders, ARCs, and portfolio/collection service providers . Build trusted advisory relationships with CXOs, heads of collections, risk, and legal departments to address business pain points. Deliver impactful product demos, solution presentations, and prepare customized proposals. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure. Work closely with product, collections operations, and legal delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements. Maintain CRM discipline, sales pipeline visibility, and consistently achieve quarterly sales and revenue targets. Track regulations from RBI, IBBI, SARFAESI, NI Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, and IBC that impact collections and recovery functions. Represent the company at industry events, BFSI forums, and ARC/collections networks to strengthen brand presence. Required Skills & Experience 36 years of BFSI sales or business development experience, preferably in fintech, legal tech, collections, or banking recovery solutions. Strong knowledge of debt collection lifecycle, ARC processes, SARFAESI enforcement, recovery suits, DRT, arbitration, and IBC frameworks . Proven track record of closing B2B deals with banks, NBFCs, ARCs, or portfolio/collection service providers. Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills; ability to engage with senior decision-makers. Strong understanding of SaaS solution selling and process automation in BFSI contexts. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Law (MBA/LLB preferred). Prior experience with ARCs, stressed asset management, or recovery technology sales will be an advantage.
