Support clients with brand protection strategies and assist in IP due diligence processes. Regulatory and Compliance Work: Assist in identifying applicable legal and regulatory obligations for IT clients, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and software export/import compliance. Support drafting of internal policies such as privacy policies, terms of service, and cookie policies. Client Communication: Liaise with clients for gathering information, clarifying requirements, and providing updates under supervision. Participate in client meetings and assist in documenting discussions and action points.
