Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing first line review and quality checks for relevance and privilege on document review projects for high-profile clients and complex cases
• Assist in creating, implementing and improving project workflows and quality control techniques Manage changes in work scope and provide continuous guidance and regular feedback to the team members
• Ability to grasp complex subject matters and open to work on multiple projects Proficiency in drafting document specific and general queries in order to obtain client/counsel's guidance
• Serve as a liaison between the project team and the project managers during the life cycle of a project
• Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action
• Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met
• Balance workload of team to maximize profitability while maintaining quality
• Ability to develop and run advanced searches and search term reports
• Create and maintain quality control trackers
• Focus on accuracy and first time right approach to avoid any rework
• Involve in internal communication to improve the department level processes
• Ability to handle Relativity and other document review platforms
• Perform other special tasks or duties when requireD

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of MS Office applications required
• Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks based on importance and deadline
• Team player and helps in creating positive team environment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors of Law (LL.B)
• Deep Knowledge of eDiscovery and Document Review Projects
• Minimum 5+ years of eDiscovery Document Review projects
• Good oral and written communication
• Experience with Relativity is a must; Relativity certification is a plus
