Legal Matter Analyst

As a Legal Matter Analyst at Barclays, you will be supporting the legal team by managing external third party spend, matters, and portfolios. Your role will involve handling queries from internal teams and external vendors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing adequate MI and data support to legal users and Legal Business Management - Delivering Monthly Service Reviews and Financial Accountability materials - Engaging with Legal Partner Firms to ensure stakeholder engagement and reporting - Demonstrating strong analytical skills and considering wider objectives - Utilizing excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Taking ownership and accountability of tasks through effective prioritization and teamwork - Engaging with customers/clients in your current role - Understanding regulatory requirements and adhering to Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications: - Commerce Graduate - Knowledge of Procurement (P2P) cycle and operations - Familiarity with Coupa - Experience in Portfolio Management and reporting Location: Noida In this role, you will be supporting various business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with teams across the bank to align operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will develop reports on operational performance, identify industry trends, and participate in projects to enhance operational efficiency.
