As a Legal Matter Analyst at Barclays, your role involves supporting the legal team by managing external third party spend, matters, and portfolios. You will assist in handling queries from internal teams and external vendors. Your key responsibilities include eradicating Aged Debt with Relationship Accounts, meeting delivery expectations, and maintaining a robust monthly cadence with Legal Partner Firms, while managing usual work demands. Key Responsibilities: - Provide adequate MI and data support to legal users and Legal Business Management - Deliver Monthly Service Reviews and Financial Accountability materials - Engage with Legal Partner Firms to ensure stakeholder engagement and reporting - Demonstrate strong analytical skills and consider wider objectives - Utilize excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Take ownership and accountability of tasks through effective prioritization and teamwork - Engage with customers/clients in your current role - Understand regulatory requirements and adhere to Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications: - Commerce Graduate - Knowledge of Procurement (P2P) cycle and operations - Familiarity with Coupa - Experience in Portfolio Management and reporting Location: Noida In this role, you will be supporting various business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with teams across the bank to align operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will develop reports on operational performance, identify industry trends, and participate in projects to enhance operational efficiency.
