Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Manager - Home Loan based in Pune. The Legal Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, providing legal consultation and advice, and managing legal affairs related to home loans. Additional responsibilities include ensuring all documentation and processes are in line with applicable laws, overseeing dispute resolutions, and coordinating with stakeholders for legal approvals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
• Comprehensive understanding of Legal Compliance and related processes
• Experience in handling matters related to Legal Affairs and addressing legal challenges
• Proficiency in Law with a strong knowledge of relevant regulations and statutes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to draft and review contracts meticulously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with legal teams and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is required, Master's degree preferred
• Experience in the financial or housing finance sector is an advantage
