Qualification:

• Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) completed
• Desirable: LLB (will be considered an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure statutory compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax, and other applicable laws
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, board resolutions, and other legal documents
• Assist in corporate secretarial matters including preparation of Board and General Meeting minutes
• Liaise with regulatory authorities such as ROC, RBI, SEBI, etc.
• Maintain records, registers, and filings as per regulatory requirements
• Support internal audits and legal due diligence activities
• Stay updated with the latest legal and compliance developments

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of corporate laws, taxation, and compliance requirements
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office and compliance management tools

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,364.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
